Sep doesn't seem like an interesting month.. ICT for a start.. Got Driving Test..

The first eventful thing that happened was dinner with Uni friends.. At Ashtons.. They took an hour to serve our food.. It was the after dinner that was exciting.. Met Jen and Marie.. and there was this Chevolet (bubble bee) showroom.. Chio car!! Too bad I didn't take a picture of it..

Come to think of it.. I'm yet to take my Grad pictures.. Soon I hope..

There the Comet.. Which wasn't that interesting.. I'm yet to go through the deals and the latest updates in the IT world..

Zulia's b'dea.. Nice place and a good time of Mahjong-ing.. Got to learn something new..

In prep for the ICT I got a haircut which I think is too short and free repair and cleaning of my specs.. All 3 of them.. Wootz..

Here's the most eventful weekend.. Sat 19 Sep - Driving Test.. I scheduled a class just before my test.. It turned out to be a good move as the warm up was basically a drive round and I felt was not sufficient as "warm-up".. After the warm-up we just waited in the waiting room for the previous batch of testees to finish their test.. From the conversations it seemed that not many passed.. So it was my turn.. Got the Tester Michael Yap.. So the test started and test route 10.. From the beginning it was alright.. Until I reached the first test - Parallel parking.. I stopped at the stop line and then went towards the Vertical parking.. Tester jam break and said behind Parallel parking.. "Damn I'm screwed!!".. Apologised and went ahead.. Cleared.. Vertical Next and cleared.. Slope next.. Lucky did not roll back which I do often cause I anyhow do during lessons.. Then S course.. Directional change and Crank Course.. So far so good no IFs.. So out to the road.. The traffic was light and good for test.. U-turn no issue.. Actually everything.. Except the Zebra crossing.. Twice.. First I was too fast and didn't stop before the pedestrian cross.. Could have been an IF.. During the last stretch back was a nightmare.. Firstly a right turning vehicle did not signal and turned into me when I as about to move out into the main road.. Then the second zebra-crossing.. This bugger was walking on the opposite side of the road towards the zebra crossing.. When he was 2m away he stepped up unto the pavement.. Then he walk to the crossing and crossed.. By that time I was on the Zebra-crossing and was slowing down.. Lucky I didn't and the tester considered it as abrupt slowing down.. Second near IF.. By that time I thought I've failed so I did not bother and anyhow drive back to BBDC.. and I didn't signal before turning it.. Gone right?? Well back in the waiting room I spoke to a fellow testee and it seemed we didn't do too well.. The person in front of me took the test 6 times and he finally passed.. "My goodness!! I'm dead".. So in the tester Michael Yap walked in.. I had 4 points in the circuit for lack of engine power up the slope (WTH!!) and sharp turning (Huh?? since when??).. Then the test route.. Apparently the other 12 points were at the junction above.. Abrupt stopping and causing others to slow down (Erm.. ok..).. After talking to much he ended by saying "so many things to note.. But you still passed.. (Shock!!) Go to the TP to make your temp license and watch the video (I didn't hear this part due to the shock above).. The best part was I was not penalised for not signaling when returning to BBDC.. Two time to deduct any points.. "Whoa!! I cleared!! With so many near mistakes and IFs.." Went to have lunch at LDF for the last time.. All the emo pictures.. :).. Enough drama for one day.. And I couldn't make the temp license as TP closed.. Zzz..

Back home.. Spoke to my mother about the test and tester.. Turned out that guy was in TLBC with my mother.. Surprised surprised.. At that point of time both of us didn't know that.. So no foul play involved.. :)

Sunday was normal with lunch and preparation for the Anglican Centenial Celebrations.. Watch Gamer with Shing and two others (Who was it?? Simon and Brian??) Then down to Breko and the Man derby.. Another drama.. As you guys know the game started with a goal in the second minute and non-stop again up till the 96th minute.. What a weekend!!

21 Sep.. All hyped up for the soccer tournament.. and in our orange outfits (outstanding sia!!).. To cut the story short.. Guys lost all 3 games while the girls did slightly better by winning 2 games (out of I dont know how many).. A good time of fellowship between the youths..

What other things can one ask for from a long weekend??

ICT?? Yeah.. Defending our land.. Basically the commanders phase was just sleeping and more sleeping with theory here and there.. That sat I wanted to change the EZ-link card and make the temp license but in the end slept the whole morning in camp.. Had dinner with a few guys on Sat but I dont remember who..

Even had dinner and Ice-cream with Simon, RJ, Mag and Mich.. Taxi driver sent Simon to his camp then to mine.. Wow..

That's Sept 09.. Seems quite eventful suddenly.. Lolx..
