July was so packed with things..

From the start there was Albert's wedding.. Got to meet a few of the KK team.. Good to see them.. And yes.. No chance to upload the pictures yet..

CPA letters.. Was still in the midst of signing up for my CPA and had to get testimonial letter edited.. So much work.. Haiz.. Now I'm left with one more..

The following week was Clara's b'dea.. It was a long day consider there was 12:01 plus games at RJ's house plus a second round of desserts.. Think I was early for service the following day too..

I went for this CITY after school daycare at East Coast Primary.. The kids were.. Some were nice but half were just irritating.. Went a second time the following wednesday and did some arts and craft..

There was dinner with Chris and got to catch up and learn what his church was doing.. This was a few days after we confirm the trip to Ban Chang.. It got up excited for the trip..

That weekend I got hold of my friend's CPA note.. But seriously.. My own notes came when I was in Ban Chang.. So not much use actually.. Lolx..

Then I sold my Hp.. The old one to get a new Hp meant for NS.. Quite nice to use actually.. Nokia phone.. Just that I cant use the older chargers..

The Ban Chang team had it's first (and only) team meeting to sort out logistics and to plan for lessons.. Didn't really reach much conclusion but at least somethings were sorted out..

I had the time to visit my grandma and cousin during a weekday.. Unfortunately my cousin wasn't home and we wasted the trip there..

The next day we brought some old folks from Pacific Healthcare to Marina Barrage to fly kite.. Ended up flying the kite the whole morning rather than looking after the old folks.. Lolx.. The other issue that touched me was 12:01.. Some of the youth gathered and prayed in public.. The last time I remembered doing something like this was nearly 10 years ago when I was still in Poly.. Signs are clear..

Well.. The next day was BC!! Firstly flight to BKK was delayed by 1/2 half and nearly missed linking up with Jowyne.. Next was trying to contact Pastor Anong.. When we did and got to the van.. There were like 5 Kids in the van.. Didn't really know who they were.. Turned out that those kids were the ones we would miss a lot when we left a week later..

We took a de-tour and attended a graduation ceremony for someone by the name of 'Man'.. Turns out he helped us a lot during our lessons.. In the end we reached the hotel past midnight.. Thankfully the next day was a rest day for us to plan.. The day started with breakfast!! (Will upload the pictures when I get it back)..

Fast forward.. 3 schools of full days lesson.. 1 lesson with the Bethlehem kids.. 3 cell groups.. 1 prayer meeting.. 2 planting sessions.. 1 gig.. 1 Sunday service and 1 games day.. Thrown in loads of 'ah roy' food.. Happy faces.. Late nights and lack of sleep.. Our week's stay at Ban Chang is over.. Is one week too short.. YES it is.. To have a good mission trip it should be at least two weeks..

July has ended on a high.. I hope August doesn't come crashing down.. Starting with the interview on Wednesday..
