August has been an interesting month. Especially since it's July was already great.

When we returned from Thailand, I had a bad migraine for the next 2 days. Thought it was some spiritual attack since I had an interview coming up.

Interview was short and brief.. About 15 minutes.. Somehow it wasn't exactly the best of interviews but seemed good enough.. The result was scheduled the following Friday.. They somehow tried to contact me the following Thursday to ask me start work the next Monday.. Thank God for His grace. For putting Him first over the last few months.. I still need His grace for the next 2 months to balance work, studies and social life.. I can do it!! (With His help of course..)

There was the Festival Of Praise this August as well but it didn't seem like an important event.. Though the message of Grace was relevant.. This FOP didn't seem like previous FOPs..

FOP is followed by NDP.. Completely didn't follow anything except for the fireworks.. Thankfully since there were comments the NDP was not that great.. Also found out who cannot drink.. :)

After signing the contract I met up with my uni friends at Chef Daniel Restaurant.. Nice ah?? Ambience was good except that the menu only had 10 items.. In the end went to some Korean BBQ restaurant where the food was not fresh.. Went for ice-cream supper and ordered a 5-flavour ice-cream where the only flavour I can taste was durian.. Not a good day for eating.. Island Creamery anyone??

As I'm starting work soon.. Volunteering with CITY has to end.. Got the kids some gifts.. Cute as they are but not as loveable as the Thai kids.. WIll be seeing them again in Sep for the PlayMax event.. Talking about the kids.. Should be planning for a return trip back to Ban Chang in Dec.. Anyone else is welcomed to join.. :)

Finally starting packing my room.. Big headache.. I'm not done packing my stuff.. Plus the work and studies etc.. GG.. Now thinking whether to defer 1 CPA paper.. Should I since I've started work??

Another thing.. Finally got to vote!! Though it lasted only 15 minutes (had to walk with my mother else it would have ended in 5 minutes).. Again got a fever at weird timings..

Alright.. Sep's going to be even more cramped with events.. Hopefully I can manage..
