Nov 2011.. Year end coming.. Not that I'll be busy closing accounts but it's the time of the year!! This year not going anywhere.. Maybe in Jan..

Back to the month's stuff.. Finally can enjoy the evening after exams.. Plus got holiday and Reservist.. Results out in Dec though.. Hope can clear both.. Doesn't need to be high marks.. As long as it's cleared..

First soccer session at nite since.. Erm.. A long long time ago.. Super unfit.. Cant run.. Sure die during IPPT (Failed anyway).. The result of not running for 4 months.. I'm still looking for my wonderful pair of goal scoring boots.. None nice so far.. Christmas present anyone?? :) Btw was too shag to get up the next day for the Sunday School Outing (Opps)..

Next item was the DnD.. One thing was that I was suppose to be in the department team performing.. But due to bad scheduling and not so productive people.. The guys part was scrapped.. Good to a certain extend.. At least I didn't have to humiliate myself with the performance. The other thing.. I think 6 iPads were given out lo.. And I didn't get one.. Sad!!! The prizes were quite attractive with the top prize a trip for 2 to Taiwan.. Not that the prizes were highlights but my department table got the best dress table award (Seriously make-up makes a huge difference to ladies).. That was the up part.. Until the following monday.. (ICT)

Yup.. Had a low-key ICT for 5 days.. Kinda waste of time but I was glad to be there.. Reservist has been good so far.. With all the supper.. (Go look at where I went during that week).. The biggest bummer was on Thursday where we had to leave the camp at 6.30.. Reach the site at 7am and did nothing until 11am.. At least I did some reading.. And a lot of sleeping.. The only action part was from 11pm to 2pm where we play the wonderful role of hokkien civilians.. (basically didn't respond to any english or chinese instructions).. Then.. Sleep again until transport came.. Now you understand why it was better to be here than at work rite.. The other thing which happened was on Friday when we were suppose to out-pro at 1pm.. Some cockster did not pay his 'charge'.. Delayed everyone by 3 hours sia.. Since he couldn't pay his charge he was sent to DB.. To make things worse.. No one wanted to fork out the $300 fine to help him.. (He did not pay back the previous charge).. The result of not being trustworthy..

The above incident nearly caused me to miss collecting my hdd.. Been nearly 2 month since I sent the hdd for data recovery.. And because of that.. I couldn't bring the ball for the soccer session.. Snowball effect..

The other thing which is worth mentioning was that a sister of mine text me about something I mentioned nearly 2 years ago.. It's a testimony that your actions speak louder than words.. The truth of those words I spoke surfaced during this tough time of hers.. Lesson learnt is to always be prepared to have words of encouragement ready.. You do not know how your actions can impact others.. Be a light to the world..

To add on to that.. That was the Sunday service topic.. As well as the Youth Camp.. As written in a brother's email.. These guys and unique and are like fluorescent light tubes warming up.. Cant wait for all the lights to show their true colours and lit up the church.. 'Starter' better do your jobs..
